Here's week 24-31. Yep...I'm wearing my preggo Dallas Cowboys shirt in two pictures. It's still painful to look at those colors. Anyways- at our last sonogram she was 3 pounds and growing perfectly. I no longer have placenta previa and she was no longer breech! Our OBGYN was happy..which made us happy!
So, some things are changing around here. Yes, I wear tights almost every single day... so thankful it is winter and not summer! I have no shame in crawling into bed before 8:00. I can no longer put on socks and shoes comfortably. And...I can tell you where every public bathroom is located at in my town. :)
Another big change is that I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes around 28 weeks. I was completely naive to what this actually was before my husband and I started going to our "special GD" classes. I'm not a fan of testing my blood 4 times a day or eating a crazy amount of food at certain times during the day but I am so thankful that I know I have this so I can help baby girl in any way possible. A little added bonus is we are still getting sonograms every 4 weeks to check up on her. We are already seeing our doctor every 2 weeks....can't believe it's almost time to meet her. We are the luckiest parents in the world!
I am reminded each day how precious this little girl is to us. She rolls and stretches...gets the hiccups... responds to our voices ....just amazing. The Mr. and I are so blessed to have supportive family, friends, and coworkers around us while we prepare to bring this love bug here.
Right now I'm putting some other posts together: Nursery update, our phenomenal baby shower, and maybe a few random brain dumps. :)
You look great!
