#11. I'm almost ashamed to add this summer love..... ahhhhh, summer t.v. I always find a t.v show that I've wanted to watch but never could find the time (between all my other shows..bahaha) and I watch it from beginning to end. (I did this with Big Love and Walking Dead.) The Mr. and I decided to try out The Killing. We are up to date now and have really like the "who-done-it" concept. We might try Dexter next but I heard it's way gruesome...not sure I can handle that. But, I can handle tons of Big Brother and MTV Rivals. I'm such a trashy tv watcher.
#10. Next up--- I'm finally feeling like myself again. The pregnancy/new baby fog is slowly lifting and I am semi-weekly meal planning. Baby steps people! I've always had a strange obsessive love with hunting down new recipes, planning our meals, making our grocery list, and serving up some yumminess. Last night I made Swiss Chicken. Several friends had suggested it but it's a first for me and hubby said I need to add it in the rotation! It feels good to have the desire to use my kitchen again. I had morning sickness until I was 22 weeks and then was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 28 weeks...Let's not get into the fact that I've made cooking zero priority the past few months.
#9. I was so happy to celebrate my friend as she walked down the aisle to marry her love. The Mr. and I asked Nana B to spend so QT with our sweet pea while we went to the wedding. We were super anxious about going out for the first time ALONE. All in all, the wedding was beautiful and I was able to catch up with some college friends. In between dinner and dessert, I begged The Mr. to call home and check on our little one. Well, things weren't going as "easy" as I had imagined. Our precious girl
#8. I love that our little sweetness is getting love from so many people. (and furbabies) Here's my FIL and my SD.
#7. Our days are filled with tummy torture time, floating in the pool, walks around the block, and learning how to stick our tongue out. Of course....much more happens...but, I can't get over that wild tongue smile!
#6. Maybe I love dressing Hatilynn in her summer gear.
#5. We celebrated The Mr.'s first Father's day. We started off the day with this precious onesie that I bought while I was still preggo...I knew it would be perfect for this very day.
#4. I get teary eyed when I think about the daddy my husband has become to our daughter. He is in 100%. He doesn't just change diapers or hold the baby while I cook dinner.....he is actually parenting her all day and not just popping in. I thank the Lord for his career because it allows the both of us to be at home together with our little girl. We start every morning showering Hattie with love and we listen to her "talk" and squeal. We both get up in the middle of the night if she wakes up and we both give her a bath each night and put her to sleep.
#3. Wow, has she grown.... something new happens every single day! It is truly such a magical time in our lives.

#1. The quiet moments.....
