Guilty, Gluttony, and Thoughtful

Since I have 3 unrelated post topics I thought we could play a little game.  Try to decide which word goes with which story...

I saw some super cute ideas for Cinco De Mayo on your blogs...and well....I had all these hopes and thoughts filled with making it super cute...but it turned out simple.  The Mr. was playing golf with his dad and brother so I went ahead and got started on dinner.  My hubby l.o.v.e.s taco bueno...I mean he's seriously addicted....  I personally think it's good and not drool worthy but I would never tell him that. (and please no messages from any of you that are bueno heads...I accept you.  I just don't get it!)

Cinco De Mayo is just a perfect time to make loaded tacos and watch my love build his ultimate meal.  Bueno inspired!  I turned up the latino dance jams and got his mexican buffet ready.  He walked into the kitchen so excited.  Then he showed me my little gift.
How cute is he?!   He wrote El Bueno on the bottle!!!  I just love him!  He knows I like cheap wine and he just deals with it.  Isn't he Thoughtful?!!
This is what we stuffed in our tummy:
I have been making meals all week and trying to save up some extra cash for our vacation.  Monday we ate beef stroganoff and on Tuesday we chowed down on this:
Mustard Ranch fried chicken, mushroom rice, and this d.e.l.i.s.h baked jumbo portobello mushrooms.

Large portobello mushrooms, wiped
olive oil
salt & pepper
3-4 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Heat a large skillet or grill over medium heat. Brush the portobello caps with the olive oil on both sides. Salt and pepper each cap. Place in the skillet or grill about 5 minutes per side.

In an oiled baking dish, spread about 1 cup marinara sauce. Place the mushroom caps, bottom facing up, on the sauce. Ladle more sauce into each cap. Place shredded mozzarella onto each cap, then top with shredded parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbling and browned.  I think I saw this on A Taste Of Home Cooking blog page. (http://tasteofhomecooking.blogspot.com/)

Correct...that was the GLUTTONY story.

The past few weeks we have come home to small things moved around in our kitchen.  I get so scared and creeped out easily so I suspected unrealistic reasons for the puzzling things we were finding.  My mind will start to think of craaazy stuff.   This was the Crime Scene today:
I am just glad The Mr. came home to this and not me.  This is the Guilty face:
We never let our kitties on the kitchen counters or tables so we never even thought that our sneaky Ollie boy would be the key to the mystery.  He has never done anything like this when we have been home.  He had to jump on the counters and then on top of the kitchen cabinets...that is so high.  Take a look!
He also got on top of the fridge....we are in shock.  So,  we are dealing with a naughty over sized kitty that got CAUGHT!!!

Also,  I won the blog giveaway on Mrs. Southern Prep's blog!!!  Stop by her page and check it out!!(http://preppysoutherner.blogspot.com/)  I will post the awesome Dahl House Frame once I get it!!!!
